Salaried Work & Residence Permit by Settlement

Procedure

The Procedure is the following:
  1. Analysis of case – Our specialised lawyers will analyse individually the case and will comment on the most important aspects concerning this type of residency, in particular to do with the gathering of the documentation.
  2. Preparation of case : Once the necessary documentation has been gathered and the certificate from the Town Hall has been obtained, the file will be submitted in the Foreigners Department of the province of domicile.
  3. Within 1 month of the approval of the application, the applicant will have to apply for the residency card. In the event of applying for residency on the basis of the 3-year-period irregular residency and conditional employment contract the applicant will have to register with the Social Security with 30 days from formal notification of approval.

Duration of the process

The duration of the process may take up to 6 months, depending on the province of domicile, the time of the year and the volume of work of the Foreigners Department Office.

I forgot to say that your support in this has been exceptional - I know it's your job but friends of mine are buying in another development and have not received close to the same level of support from their lawyer..
