Pensioner Residence Permit

In accordance to the Royal Decree 2393/2004 (Real Decreto 2393/2004, de 30 de Diciembre), it is possible to obtain a non-lucrative residency card for persons who can prove to be pensioners or beneficiaries of a Government regular and life payment or a private institution regular and life payment.

I forgot to say that your support in this has been exceptional - I know it's your job but friends of mine are buying in another development and have not received close to the same level of support from their lawyer..
