Transnational Salaried Work & Residence Permit

A ´Trans-national´ or ´Intra-company´ temporary residency and work permit is geared to foreign workers who are already linked by a working relationship with a company established in a non-EU country which has ties with a company based in Spain, in the form of an affiliate, subsidiary or branch office organisation.

It is useful in situations in which it is required the temporary transfer of highly skilled workers for the development or supervision of project or services that Spanish based companies intend to carry out in Spain.
