Requirements

The succesful applicant will have to meet the following requirements:

To be the beneficiary of a life pensions or payment payable by a public or privsate institution not inferior to 15.000 EURO per year.
To have medical insurance ample enough to cover sanitary assistance for the applicant and any dependant living with him/her in Spain.
To have accomodation in Spain.

It is possible to have this property rented or in ownership, with the following considerations :

Purchase of a property – Although not necessary it will demonstrate a higher financial capacity to the authorities.
Rent of a property –The rented accomodation will have to be of a higher standard than the averaged enjoyed by Spanish citizens.

I forgot to say that your support in this has been exceptional - I know it's your job but friends of mine are buying in another development and have not received close to the same level of support from their lawyer..
