Family Regrouping Residence Permit

Requirements

The application will have to enclose the following documentation:

Copy of document(s) proving the applicant´s family relationship with the foreign resident.
Copy of passport, travel document or identity card of the applicant.
Copy of the residency or work and residency permit of the foreign resident.
Proof of having enough financial means to attend the requirements of the family as well as health cover.
Proof of having suitable accomodation to attend the needs of the foreign resident and his/her family.
In the event of an application for a spouse, a sworn affidavit that the foreign resident does not live with another spouse.

I forgot to say that your support in this has been exceptional - I know it's your job but friends of mine are buying in another development and have not received close to the same level of support from their lawyer..
