Requirements

A family member eligible for residency will have to provide the following documentation:

Certificate(s) proving the applicant´s family relationship with the family resident in Spanish.
Document(s) proving the applicant´s family member resides in Spain,
In the event of the applicant living at his/her expense, as per the above points b) and c), documents proving this.
Residency visa on the passport of applicant, if applicable, or exemption of visa application.

I forgot to say that your support in this has been exceptional - I know it's your job but friends of mine are buying in another development and have not received close to the same level of support from their lawyer..
