Salaried Work & Residence Permit by Settlement


Requirements

The application will have to enclose the following documentation:

  1. Passport, travel document or identity card of the applicant.
  2. Where required, conditional employment contract signed between employer and employee with a minimum duration of 1 year.
  3. Criminal records certificate issued by the authorities of the country or countries where the applicant has resided in the 5 year period previous to his/her entry in Spain.
  4. In the event of applying in accordance to the conditions set forth in point a) of the previous section, administrative ruling by the Labour Inspection or Social Security or Judicial sentence or ruling determining the existence of an employment relationship.
  5. In the event of applying in accordance to the conditions set forth in point b) of the previous section, the Town Hall social integration certificate will have to include the amount of time the applicant has lived in his domicile, financial means, degree of knowledge of the languages used in the area, his social integration and generally any evidence valid to determine his decree of integration or settlement.
